Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor and dispatch security-related personnel in response to alarms, incidents, access concerns, and requests for assistance throughout a chemical and petrochemical location.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident details, radio communications, and activity records in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, reporting unusual conditions and potential hazards.
