As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

Requirements

You are authorized to work in the U.S.
You have at least a copy of your HS/GED diploma or transcripts in hand.
You have exceptional customer service skills.
You are proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
This position asks for a mature individual.
You are able to multi-task and work well under pressure.
You have at least 1 year of security experience.
You have a valid PILB in hand.

Responsibilities

Customer service is your top priority as you greet students, faculty, and visitors.
You have exceptional computer and electronic skills, as you answer phones, work with computer systems, and other electronic tools.
You have superior ability to observe, survey, and report detailed activities at the assigned site.
You can respond quickly to critical situations.
You will be performing foot patrols inside and outside of the facility.
You have the ability to read and write detailed reports
You are expected to enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards in a professional manner.
