You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• Six or more months of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and activity across the location, helping to report unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior in accordance with site expectations.
• Support daily operations at a commercial real estate location by providing visible presence, assisting with directions and general questions, and reporting security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
