Join Allied Universal at a premier financial institution location as a Front Desk Security Professional. In this customer-facing role, you will welcome visitors, monitor access activity, support security-related procedures, and provide outstanding communication and service. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license in the job state.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Ability to ride a bike is required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
  • Monitor lobby and entry activity, verify visitor identification and access permissions, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and clear communication.
  • Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
  • Maintain accurate front desk logs, visitor records, and incident documentation, and support badge distribution, sign-in processes, and other access control responsibilities.
