As a Security Officer Driver in East Wenatchee, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an unarmed Security Officer at a commercial real estate data center location, you will monitor access points, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver outstanding customer service, communicate professionally, and support a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity and embraces innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate data center location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor, contractor, and incident documentation.
  • Communicate observations and security-related concerns to site leadership, Allied Universal management, and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
