You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help to deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Guided by teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture, you will support daily security-related operations with agility, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity within a technology-focused location, helping to support authorized entry procedures and reporting suspicious behavior and/or policy concerns.
  • Complete routine reports, logs, and incident documentation, and share relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site representatives.
