Requirements
- Possess a valid Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration.
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access control activities, and/or emergency response actions appropriate to a government location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, waterfront access points, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.
- Monitor entrances, exits, visitor activity, and authorized personnel movement while helping to support credential checks, vehicle screening, and other post orders related to a public-facing facility.
- Communicate with employees, visitors, contractors, and public agency representatives regarding site rules, directions, and incident-related instructions while maintaining professionalism at all times.
