About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Operations in Springfield, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card/license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and reporting requirements.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and maintain visitor, vehicle, and incident documentation in accordance with site policies.
Report observed hazards, equipment concerns, suspicious activity, and maintenance-related issues to the appropriate site contacts or Allied Universal leadership.
