Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access activity with strong communication and customer service. Requirements

• Security-related experience of 2+ years is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access activity support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, trailer yards, parking areas, gates, and perimeter access points, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor entry and exit activity for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or shipments, helping to deter unauthorized access and reporting suspicious or security-related concerns.
• Support loss prevention and operational continuity efforts by observing loading and unloading areas, checking for irregular conditions, and completing required logs, reports, and shift activity records.
