As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Access Verification in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial condominium location.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with authorized entry and directing guests, delivery personnel, and contractors as needed.
Maintain a professional presence and communicate with property management, residents, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, policy concerns, and security-related matters.
