As a Security Officer Driver Patrol Access Verification in Renton, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, support access control activities, and provide outstanding customer service to tenants and visitors. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, tenants, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, property policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial condominium location.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access issues, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and complete required reports.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and potential hazards.
  • Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with authorized entry and directing guests, delivery personnel, and contractors as needed.
  • Maintain a professional presence and communicate with property management, residents, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, policy concerns, and security-related matters.
