As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial services location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents. You will support employees and visitors with clear communication and customer service while documenting observations and reporting concerns. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, members, and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by post orders.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, offices, ATM and teller areas, parking areas, and the building perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Control access by monitoring entry points, verifying identification and/or authorization as required, and directing visitors to appropriate check-in processes.
• Document patrol activity, incidents, and unusual conditions in written reports and/or electronic systems, and communicate timely updates to site management and Allied Universal supervision.
