Security Officer Mobile Patrol Driver
About The Position
As a Security Officer - Mobile Patrol Driver in Gurdon, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will help support daily operations by conducting routine foot and driving patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with access control and visitor interactions. You will communicate clearly, document security-related activity, and partner with site teams to help reduce incidents. Requirements
- A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- Being comfortable using a computer and/or tablet is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
- Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate timely updates to site contacts and/or dispatch as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
- Control access by monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification and/or visitor authorization, and directing deliveries and contractors according to site procedures.
- Complete security-related reports and logs such as patrol activity, incident documentation, and shift turnover information, and report hazards, maintenance issues, and/or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
