Requirements

  • Possess 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or a college degree.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be 21 or more years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
  • Monitor communication systems, receive and document calls for service, dispatch personnel to incidents, and relay critical information to support timely security-related responses.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts, first responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.
  • Maintain detailed activity logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, helping to support accurate documentation and continuity of operations.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, as needed, while observing conditions and reporting unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.
