As a Security Officer Driver Daily Patrol in SUNNYVALE, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed residential patrol officer, where you will monitor the location through routine foot and/or vehicle patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support residents and guests with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related activities, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or unusual activity in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or amenity areas to help support property rules, observe authorized access, and document security-related issues.
• Complete routine reports, logs, and/or incident documentation, and communicate relevant updates with property contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
