About The Position

As a Security Officer Driver Badge Administration in West Memphis, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Access Control Security Professional at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will manage entry points, verify credentials, support badge access, and maintain a professional presence that helps deter security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and use technology to document activity. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Monitor entry and exit points at an industrial construction location; verify credentials, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain required access records.
  • Control vehicle and delivery access, direct authorized personnel to designated areas, and report unauthorized access attempts or unusual activity.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating with site leadership and emergency responders as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the business, perimeter, access points, and work areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
