As a Security Guard Full Time Alarm Signal Dispatcher in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch professional at a commercial real estate location, you will coordinate communications, monitor alarm activity and access control systems, and support timely responses to security-related incidents. You will maintain clear records, assist visitors and personnel, and provide outstanding customer service while helping to deter incidents. Requirements

• Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Receive, prioritize, document, and dispatch security-related calls for service, alarms, maintenance concerns, and other incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Monitor communication systems, cameras, access-control alerts, and building-related systems, escalating unusual activity and critical situations according to site procedures.
• Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, shift activity records, and related documentation in a timely manner.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
