Requirements

• Possess 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have alarm panel experience preferred.
• Have CPR/First Aid preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and directing communications to the appropriate personnel.
• Monitor radio, phone, and/or electronic communications systems to receive reports, relay information, and support timely coordination of security-related responses across the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner by documenting details, dispatching appropriate personnel, and communicating updates to leadership and/or emergency contacts as needed.
• Maintain detailed activity logs, incident records, and dispatch documentation to support accuracy, follow-up, and continuity of operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrol coordination around the business and perimeter, while supporting varying site conditions and helping to address access concerns, alarms, and other security-related matters.
