As a Security Officer - Dispatch Operations CRE in Richardson, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Dispatch Officer in a commercial real estate location, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and coordinating security-related activities to help create a secure environment. Responsibilities include operating alarm panels, managing access control systems, and maintaining communication with on-site teams. Requirements

A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Access control or badge experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor access control systems for the commercial real estate location, facilitating authorized entry and exit.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with appropriate personnel as needed.
Operate dispatch communication equipment to relay information between site personnel and emergency services as required.
Document and report security-related incidents and activities according to site-specific policies and procedures.
Assist with customer service needs, providing information and guidance to tenants, visitors, and vendors at the location.
Support Allied Universal and client site procedures by maintaining awareness of site-specific policies and protocols.
Help to deter unauthorized activities through attentive monitoring of surveillance systems and communication with on-site personnel.
