About The Position

As a Security Officer Dispatch Driver Coordination in Lancaster, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Dispatch Officer supporting a technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will coordinate communications, monitor activity, document incidents, and dispatch personnel to support timely responses. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a technology and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Monitor communications systems, receive and document calls for service, and dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, access records, and shift activity documentation; communicate pertinent information to oncoming personnel and site contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating notifications and support as directed by site protocols.
• Monitor site activity through available systems and conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned.
