Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and supporting security-related communications for the location.
  • Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and other communication systems, then dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents, service requests, and emergency situations.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and sharing timely updates with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, and help to deter disruptions by tracking activity, reporting unusual conditions, and coordinating with on-site personnel.
