Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and supporting security-related communications for the location.
Monitor radios, phones, alarms, and other communication systems, then dispatch appropriate personnel in response to incidents, service requests, and emergency situations.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity and sharing timely updates with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and dispatch records, and help to deter disruptions by tracking activity, reporting unusual conditions, and coordinating with on-site personnel.
