About The Position
As a Security Officer Dispatch Coordinator in Whitehouse Station, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, coordinating security-related communications, and/or supporting emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
- Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or other communication systems, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing calls for assistance, and dispatching the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift records to support daily operations and help with follow-up on security-related matters.
- Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring of the business and perimeter, while helping to deter unauthorized activity and reporting unusual conditions to site personnel.
