As a Security Officer Full Time Dispatch Coordination in Aurora, IL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Dispatch Security Professional at a retail and mall location, you will coordinate communications, monitor security-related activity, and support response efforts across the property. You will help maintain clear, timely information flow, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming environment. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor communications systems, receive calls for service, document incidents, and dispatch appropriate personnel to locations throughout the facility and surrounding property.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating communications with site personnel and emergency responders as needed.
Maintain accurate logs, reports, and records of dispatch activity, alarms, access-related concerns, and other security-related events.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail or mall location and perimeter, as assigned; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
