As a Security Officer Dispatch Console Associate in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch professional supporting a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location. In this role, you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, document incidents, and help support timely responses to security-related concerns while delivering outstanding customer service. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Have customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Monitor dispatch communications, alarms, cameras, and other reporting systems, and relay information to on-site personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Receive calls, incident reports, and service requests, prioritize activity based on site protocols, and coordinate the appropriate security-related response.
• Maintain detailed logs, records, and incident documentation to support accurate communication, follow-up, and/or situational awareness across the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting concerns according to post orders.
