As a Dispatch Professional with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor systems, coordinate responses to alarms and incidents, and support on-site teams through clear communication and strong attention to detail. Requirements

  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Have 4 or more years of military or law enforcement experience or possess a degree in criminal justice.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by following site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls and radio traffic, and supporting security-related communications for the location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner by receiving reports, prioritizing calls for service, and dispatching the appropriate personnel.
  • Monitor cameras, alarm systems, and other security-related systems, and document activity, incidents, and status updates in dispatch logs and reporting platforms.
  • Coordinate with onsite personnel, building management, and/or emergency responders during routine operations and unusual events, helping to support timely communication and response.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support duties through dispatch oversight of the business and perimeter, while working in environments and conditions that may vary by location.
