As a Security Officer Digital Reporting Patrol in SAN FRANCISCO, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • Have at least two years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
  • Hold CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
  • Hold a Guard Card or license preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while communicating with hotel management and emergency services as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, service corridors, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and assist with directing guests, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
  • Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and promptly communicate relevant information to supervisors.
