As a Security Officer Digital Reporting Patrol in SAN FRANCISCO, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier hotel and resort location, you will conduct routine patrols of assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support guests, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least two years of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
Hold CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Hold a Guard Card or license preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to hotel guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to guest concerns, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while communicating with hotel management and emergency services as needed.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of guest areas, entrances, parking areas, service corridors, and the property perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or maintenance concerns.
Monitor access points and assist with directing guests, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities, and promptly communicate relevant information to supervisors.
