As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

Have 3+ years combined law enforcement and/or military and/or security-related experience, or a college degree.
Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
Be at least 21 years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or contractors at a financial institution location by following site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and documentation requirements.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts and documenting actions taken per post orders.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior perimeter, parking areas, and/or ATM areas as assigned, watching for unusual activity and conditions that may help to deter incidents.
Monitor entry points and controlled areas, verify authorization as required, and assist with queue management and customer direction while maintaining a professional presence.
Complete required reports such as daily activity logs and incident reports, communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
