As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, remain highly visible, and respond to security-related concerns with strong customer service and clear communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license under AU Driver Policy requirements. Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Have at least 1 year of armed security, law enforcement, and/or military experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production and warehouse areas, parking lots, and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, and deliveries; document entries and exits according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete security-related reports, logs, and pass-down notes, and communicate observations to supervision and site stakeholders.
