As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a financial institution location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols as a driving post, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and incident reporting. You will communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and responders while delivering customer-focused service. Requirements

• A minimum of 1+ years of security experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation and timely notification to site contacts and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior areas, lobbies, offices, and exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance and/or access concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor traffic, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document entries, exits, and unusual activity per post orders.
• Complete routine reports, incident documentation, and patrol logs, and communicate observations and/or concerns to client representatives and/or Allied Universal leadership.
