Job Description As a Security Officer - Credit Union Patrol Driver in Cleveland, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence that may help reduce security-related incidents. You will provide outstanding customer service, clear communication, and timely reporting while supporting a people-first culture built on integrity, teamwork, and innovation. This post requires a valid driver’s license in line with AU Driver Policy Requirements. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or access.
• Monitor entrances, restricted areas and key activity points, reporting unusual conditions and/or policy violations per site guidelines.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely communication with site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Complete required reports and activity logs, document observations during patrols, and communicate security-related information during shift handoff.
