As a Security Officer Driver Credential Validation in Omaha, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Access Control Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will help manage entry points, verify access credentials, monitor security-related activity, and provide outstanding customer service. You will maintain a professional presence, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and help support a welcoming environment. Requirements

A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Monitor and manage access control points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue temporary access credentials, and maintain accurate entry records in accordance with site procedures.
Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established communication channels.
Conduct regular and random patrols of the technology and telecommunications location, including entry points, restricted areas, and perimeter areas, to identify and report unusual conditions or access concerns.
