Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors while carrying out site-specific access control procedures and security-related policies at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor logs, and report unauthorized access attempts and/or unusual activity to the appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following post orders and emergency response activities as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
