As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Support in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a positive experience through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

21+ years of age.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a transportation location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify suspicious behavior and/or unusual conditions.
Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report any access control issues, unattended items, and/or policy violations.
Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts and public-facing personnel, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders related to transportation and passenger service environments.
