As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Support in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a fast-paced transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a positive experience through strong communication and customer service. Requirements

  • 21+ years of age.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
  • Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a transportation location.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify suspicious behavior and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report any access control issues, unattended items, and/or policy violations.
  • Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts and public-facing personnel, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders related to transportation and passenger service environments.
