Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, managing front desk activities, and supporting access control at a healthcare location.
• Monitor entrances, review identification and/or visitor records, issue access credentials as directed, and report unusual activity or policy concerns to the appropriate contact.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting details and communicating with site contacts and emergency responders when appropriate.
• Answer phones, greet incoming guests, and provide directions and/or general assistance while helping to support a professional front desk presence.
• Support security-related operations by maintaining logs, completing reports, and following post instructions for deliveries, visitor management, and after-hours entry requests.
