As a Security Officer - Corporate Lobby Patrol, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control activities, and provide exceptional customer service. You will communicate professionally with tenants, visitors, and team members while supporting a welcoming environment. Requirements

• Possess a New York State Security Guard License.
• Have at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property common areas, building perimeters, parking areas, loading zones, and other assigned locations to help identify unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific reporting and escalation protocols.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with property procedures.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observed conditions accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
