As a Security Officer - Concierge, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. As a Concierge Security Officer, you will serve as the first point of contact at the front desk by greeting guests, verifying access, issuing visitor credentials, answering questions, and providing exceptional customer service. In addition to reception duties, you will conduct routine interior and exterior patrols, monitor building activity, respond to alarms and incidents, and help maintain a secure environment for all occupants.
