As a Security Officer Concierge in Denver, CO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to concerns. You will provide outstanding customer service, communicate clearly with tenants and visitors, and support a welcoming environment. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and property management personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, parking areas, common areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, tenant concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed.
• Communicate professionally with property occupants and visitors while helping to maintain an orderly, welcoming environment and supporting security-related operations.
