This role helps maintain a secure and welcoming environment through strong communication, attention to detail, and visible presence at the front desk. Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail location.
  • Staff the front desk by greeting visitors, monitoring access activity, and following visitor management and credentialing procedures.
  • Respond to incidents, concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
  • Support a professional lobby and entry experience by answering questions, directing foot traffic, and communicating with store personnel, vendors, and/or management as needed.
  • Monitor cameras, alarms, and other assigned systems from the front desk and document security-related activities, incidents, and/or unusual observations.
