As a Security Officer - Computer Reporting in Scottsdale, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Security Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control activities, assist visitors and staff, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Nice To Haves

Comfortable use of a computer or tablet is preferred.
CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and communicating with appropriate personnel.
Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility areas, including the business, perimeter, entrances, parking areas, and restricted locations, as assigned.
Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures to help maintain authorized access throughout the location.
Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
