Requirements

  • Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
  • Client requires proof of a high school diploma or GED.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors by following site-specific procedures and handling security-related communications for a financial services location.
  • Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and other dispatch systems to identify unusual activity and coordinate appropriate security-related responses.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and relaying updates to site leadership and/or emergency responders as needed.
  • Dispatch personnel to reported issues, service requests, and priority events while helping to maintain clear communication and accurate activity logs throughout each shift.
  • Support access control and incident reporting functions by verifying information, tracking visitor and/or contractor activity, and reporting concerns according to site policy.
