Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, handling incoming calls, and coordinating security-related communications for the location.
  • Monitor alarms, radios, phones, and other dispatch systems, and relay information to appropriate personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations by documenting details, prioritizing communications, and dispatching support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and communication records to support daily operations and emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random patrol support through officer check-ins, status tracking, and coordination of coverage to help to deter unwanted activity around the location and perimeter.
