Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact in a dynamic commercial real estate location. Your role will focus on monitoring access, assisting visitors, and providing exceptional customer service while helping to deter security-related incidents. Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or 2 years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering or exiting the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate activity logs and incident reports as required by site procedures.
  • Communicate clearly with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and/or concerns.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as directed by site procedures or Allied Universal leadership.
  • Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
