About The Position

As a Security Officer Commercial Driver Patrol in Union City, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Requirements

21+ years of age is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, shipping and receiving areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, with attention to varying site conditions and activity levels.
Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or vehicle movement in accordance with site protocols, helping to deter unauthorized entry and support orderly operations.
Document observations, incidents, and/or unusual activity in required reports, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
