About The Position

As a Security Officer Clinic Access Control in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Requirements

  • At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a commercial real estate property.
  • Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, confirming credentials, issuing visitor passes, and/or maintaining entry logs in accordance with site protocols.
  • Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to building management and/or emergency contacts as needed.
  • Answer phones, support tenant and visitor inquiries, and document daily activity, incidents, and/or security-related concerns with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access by observing lobby activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and following established front desk procedures for deliveries, vendors, and/or guest arrivals.
