Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related policies.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help observe visitor activity, report maintenance or property issues, and support a professional presence throughout the location.
• Assist with incident reporting, badge and/or visitor log review, and other routine security-related duties in alignment with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
