Requirements

• An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Applicants must be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.
• Monitor visitor access, verify credentials, issue badges, and direct employees, guests, and vendors in accordance with front desk protocols and security-related requirements.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Answer phones, manage sign-in activity, and support communication between building occupants and authorized visitors while helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions at the location.
