Requirements

• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by following site-specific procedures, verifying access permissions, and supporting security-related protocols at the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or local contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screen deliveries and/or visitor activity as directed, and report access control issues, maintenance concerns, and suspicious behavior.
• Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with evacuations and/or restricted area controls, and relaying critical information to appropriate personnel.
