Requirements

• Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be 21+ years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support tasks, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials where required, and support visitor management processes in alignment with site policies and security-related protocols.
• Support a professional work environment by reporting hazards, suspicious behavior, and/or unauthorized activity, while assisting with directions, information, and other customer service needs as appropriate.
