As a Security Officer Bike Patrol Driver in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential community, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver’s license. Requirements

  • Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be able to ride a bike.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts as needed.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify and report unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe resident and visitor activity to help support community rules, report suspicious behavior, and/or assist with authorized entry procedures.
  • Write clear, timely reports and communicate with supervisors, residents, and/or local responders regarding security-related incidents, concerns, and follow-up needs.
