Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• A Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and customers at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of banking areas, entry points, parking facilities, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report unusual conditions in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence at the location.
