Join Allied Universal as an unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a financial institution location where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will assist with access control, report writing, and responding to customer and/or employee concerns with strong communication and service. In a caring, agile team culture, you will act with integrity while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Have 1+ years of security experience.
- Be 21+ years of age.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to clients at a financial institution location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical events, suspicious activity, and access-related concerns.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, common spaces, and the exterior perimeter, documenting observations and reporting concerns per post orders.
- Control access to the facility by monitoring entry points, verifying identification when required, and directing visitors, vendors, and employees according to site procedures.
- Complete required reports such as shift activity logs and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
